Privacy policy
Information you send us
Charter and jet forms collect your name, email, phone, and trip details such as destination, dates, guest count, budget range, and, if you ask for a flight, cities and passenger count. A hidden field is used only to detect automated submissions and is discarded.
How we use it
We use this information to reply to your inquiry and prepare yacht options, an all-in cost estimate, and a flight quote if you asked for one. We do not sell personal information.
Who else receives it
We share trip details with the yacht's central agent so they can confirm availability and issue a contract. If you ask for a flight, we share those details with the Part 135 operator preparing the quote. We use email to reply to you.
Analytics and advertising
The site loads a Meta Pixel. A successful inquiry sends a Lead event to Meta, along with your email, phone, and name so Meta can match the visit to an ad. Meta hashes those details before storing them. The budget range is included when you provided one. If you ask for a private flight, a JetInterest event is sent as well. We do not send a city, state, postal code, country, date of birth, gender, or customer id. Google Analytics loads only when it is configured, and then receives a generate_lead event.
Cookies
The Meta Pixel may set cookies. Google Analytics may set cookies when it is configured. You can refuse cookies in your browser. The inquiry form still works if you do.
How long we keep an inquiry
We keep an inquiry while we are replying, preparing options, and completing a booking you choose. Email scott@lazuliyachts.com to ask what we hold, or to ask us to delete an inquiry that did not become a booking.
