Who we are
Lazuli is a yacht charter broker and an air charter broker. We do not own or operate yachts or aircraft.
Lazuli acts as an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. All flights are operated by FAA-certificated Part 135 direct air carriers that maintain full operational control of the aircraft.
Inquiries are not bookings
An inquiry or a quote is not a confirmed charter or flight. A yacht charter is booked only when you sign the central agent's contract. A flight is booked only after you accept the operating carrier, the total price, and that flight's terms.
The charter contract
You contract with the yacht's central agent, not with Lazuli as owner. Lazuli does not own the yacht and does not employ the crew. The central agent's contract is the charter agreement.
The flight contract
A flight is booked with the FAA-certificated Part 135 operator named in the quote. Lazuli is the broker for that flight and does not operate the aircraft. The operator's terms govern the flight.
Payment
Charter payments go to the central agent's designated account, not to Lazuli. The yacht owner pays our commission, and the charter rate already includes it. Flight payment instructions are in the operator's quote, before you book.
Cancellation and changes
Deposits, cancellation, and changes follow the central agent's charter contract and, for a flight, the operator's contract. Those terms are stated before you sign.
What we need from you
Tell us the guest count, the ages of any children, and the destination you have in mind. A flight quote uses the same details, plus the cities you are flying between. If a document or a minimum age applies, the proposal will say so before you commit.
This website
